The complex I Gioielli del Doge, in the center of Venice, was finished in 1994. Fabrizio Malnati plans and manages some of the most prestigious tourist complexes in the Venetian region, the rest of Italy and overseas.

Fabrizio Malnati together with his wife Rosa Riccardi are both the creators and builders of the complex.
With their remarkable managerial skills, they conferred originality and creativity to their Venetian Project.
These features offer the possibility to experience Venice with comfort and elegance and also to feel the same flavours and
pomp that existed at one point. Everything was taken into account.
The apartments show modernity, comfort and exclusive furnishings with precious velvet and fine brocades. The floors are Venetian style, there are massage therapy bathtubs, air conditioning and televisions with VCR attachments.

The resort received the RID (Resort of International Distinction) prize in numerous occasions and the Hospitality Award in which it is considered one of the Italian complexes with the highest standards of quality.

There are other sites still in stage of completion. Venezia in Suite, of hotel nature, is in the Venetian heart. The wellness and thermal centre Relais Park Hotel-Villa Gioiello is in the vicinity of Lake Trasimeno and Chianciano Terme. These enchanting and high quality sites will be inaugurated by the end of the year 2005.
